Our dedicated Customer Support Department , established at our Head Office in Pondicherry –  INDIA, works scientifically with constant interaction with overseas distributors before & after the warranty period, acquiring feedback, generating Management Information Systems, to fine-tune our processes. Clear service policies are devised to ensure uninterrupted support to our distributors.


Distance and time zones doesn’t really matter as our Customer support desk works round the clock and available online to support our Distributors.
Video Service solutions are given online using “Go to meeting” facility, which enables the technician to interact with our Service centre lively to get the necessary clarifications.
On line support is also extended to our distributors through Skype & Team viewer.
If the PC of the Wheel aligner at the user end is connected via Team viewer, it can be accessed remotely by our Customer support Engineer in India, who can trouble shoot and fix the issues online.


Adequate spare parts are stocked at our head office in Pondicherry to cater the needs of our overseas distributors with minimum lead time. Critical spares are stocked by our overseas distributors at all times to provide instant service during warranty period.


Exhaustive Service manual for each product is provided to all our distributors to enable them provide effective service support to their customers. Service Manual contains pictorial illustrations on Installation , Software installation procedures, Parts replacement procedure, calibration procedure, Trouble shooting tips, FAQs etc.





Technical updates, problem solving methods, trouble shooting and service tips are being periodically circulated to our overseas distributors to ensure that distributors are kept informed about the latest updations and ensure trouble free operation of our products.


Manatec’s state of the art training centre is located in Pondicherry, INDIA. The centre is equipped with air-conditioned audio-visual class room and a lab where live models of product assemblies are made available. Training on component / modular level servicing is also offered. Furthermore, emphasis is provided on fault diagnosis and quick fix solutions.

Fully equipped training service bays are also available to offer hands-on practice using latest Manatec equipment. Exclusive company owned Heavy-duty truck alignment facilities are available to offer alignment training on Bus, Truck & Trailers.
