Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. And replacement will be initiated after inspecting the returned item.
Return must be initiated by the dealer or sub-dealer via the admin panel.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a digital key is generated and assigned, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
If the wrong key is generated due to a system error (not user error), the Super Admin may issue a replacement or refund, case-by-case.
Orders can be canceled before payment is completed.
Post-payment cancellation is only allowed if the order is pending and has not been assigned to a dealer.
