Return Policy

1. Physical Products (Spare Parts)

1.1 Replacement Eligibility:

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. And replacement will be initiated after inspecting the returned item.

Return must be initiated by the dealer or sub-dealer via the admin panel.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

Custom spare parts

Opened packaging of sensitive electronics

Products damaged due to improper handling

1.3 Return Process:

Submit return request with order ID and reason

Await approval via admin dashboard

Approved returns will receive a return shipping label (if applicable)

1.4 Replacement:

Replacement will be initiated after inspecting the returned item.

2. Digital Products (e.g., License Keys, Software Codes)

2.1 No Return/Refund:

Due to the nature of digital products, once a digital key is generated and assigned, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

2.2 Exceptions:

If the wrong key is generated due to a system error (not user error), the Super Admin may issue a replacement or refund, case-by-case.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before payment is completed.

Post-payment cancellation is only allowed if the order is pending and has not been assigned to a dealer.
